nothing but blue skies..

My vintage gift from Paris, made in glass that invites a photo, one day I'll find the time to add my husband in there, and then..with great precision cut him out in a perfect round shape..puh..
Wearing: over-sized H&M grandpa top, Millers linen tank Aztec print-rolled down on my hips in urgency of a mini-skirt, Leggings in snake 'wet' print from Glasson's New Collections (great shop for basics) House of Harlow Tan Malorie booties, Jumbo hair clip from Aida Kibur at Shopbop.com.

As I wondered around in an nearby Mall, in a nearby town I couldn't help urging thrift shops, the odd and lovely blocks around Sacre Coeur Paris, my year in Florence Italy where the street light was as old as the tumbled stone houses it leaned against or anything less mainstream and catered for imagine-less masses of bland buyers. How could I be so naive, thinking that I could find a shaggy vest here of all places?

With that said, shops like Jay Jays, Lippy, Just Jeans and Max stocked something similar to shaggy or pile lined vest's but they where fake looking, plastic, stiff, the wrong cut, way to short and simply not as adorable as I had in mind. This is me, walking home and away, knowing that I'm moving to another place with plenty of charm and streaks of vintage..as I gaze out of this Mall and this mediocre town, I can see my blue sky, ahead..
